Cancellation: Order once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours from placing the order. For cancellation, write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org. Once cancellation request is registered, your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. No Cancellation requests will be taken if the order is already shipped.

Refund and Return: Product prices listed on our website are current and processed in Indian Rupees, however, these are subject to change without any advance notice. We aim to satisfy all our customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience. However, there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased. We are happy to issue a full refund or to exchange the product(s) under the following conditions. Each item can be exchanged only once.
You have received the product in physically damaged condition.
Received product is past Expiry Date.
Received product has missing parts or accessories.
Product is lost in transit.
For return requests, write to our customer support team at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Also for proper redressal of such cases, delivered package's unboxing video or images needs to be submitted on our email ID - firstname.lastname@example.org with order details. Once the damaged or expired product is received at our facility and fully examined by us, as per your request, we will either send you the new product in exchange or your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Forward delivery charges for return orders are not eligible for refund in case of successful delivery of order in good condition. The time period for the refund amount to be credited in your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and are entirely at the discretion of Mezora Consumers Private Limited. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Refund and Return Policy.
Please note that we cannot accept any exchange or return of any opened or used products once sold and delivered. We are not responsible for any damage caused post-delivery.
